Hey all! I've been working on this song for a while, and though I have bigger plans for it, I thought it would be fun to do a little stripped-down demo version. I've got a dozen or so numbers that I will hopefully get properly recorded soon, but this one's special to me. I wrote this one based on Gail & I's story, and with less than three week's to go until our wedding, it was pretty cool to go back and look at some of our memories.
A couple of weeks ago, with both sides of the family scrambling north and friends in Houston still reeling, I wrote this song and decided to put my money where my mouth has been on environmental protection. I will be donating the remainder of my 2017 music income in support of this cause.
For every share of my new "Eden" video, I will contribute $5 to to the Natural Resources Defense Council. My hope is that I can use the small social media presence music has afforded me to spread awareness for a cause that has directly impacted my family, and that I believe in so much.
